- Entrants must be at least 21 years old and be residents of the United States.

- There is one way to enter: Register at appetizerstogo.com between 1/21/08 and 12/29/08 and be automatically entered.
- Winners will be chosen among completed entries in a random drawing.
- Random drawing to be held on or about January 3, 2009 at the offices of Joseph Epstein Foods, whose decisions concerning all matters related to the sweepstakes shall be final. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.
- Illegible entries will be disqualified. Joseph Epstein Foods will not be responsible misdirected entries via e-mail, or technical failures, errors or data loss of any kind; lost or unavailable Internet connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or deleted computer/network transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the sweepstakes.
- Winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 21 days of notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate.
- Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
- Grand prize consists of a $500 Appetizerstogo.com gift certificate valid for use on any Appetizerstogo.com available products. S&H is not included. Gift certificate is valid for one year from date of issuance and is non-transferable.

By accepting the prize, winner grants to sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity without further permission or compensation (except where prohibited by law).
