Q: How much does Shipping and Handling cost?
A: S&H costs $13.95 for the first per box and $21.95 for two boxes. Currently we are running a FREE SHIPPING special on 3 or more boxes. Due to the very expensive nature of shipping perishable product (we ship overnight on dry ice in a cooler) we have tried to offset the shipping costs for our customers.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You should receive your order no more than seven (7) days after the order is placed. Appetizerstogo.com ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to guarantee that your order arrives before the weekend. We do ship on Thursday’s if someone urgently needs their shipment by Friday. We ship via Fed-Ex Ground service or Next Day Air service, depending on where the products are being shipped.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email notifying you when your product ships. It will contain a link to the shipper's website, so that you can track your order. The email will also include a shipping confirmation number, which you simply enter into the tracking system form.
Q: Do I need to be at home to receive the package?
A: Please try to ensure that someone is available to receive the product, and put them in the freezer. If at the time you order, it is possible that you will not at home, please send the order to a business address or to a trusted neighbor who can accept the delivery for you. If you live in an area or building where the package may be left, the courier service will do so. But please do not leave the products outside of a freezer for more then a few hours upon delivery.

Q: I’m having a party this weekend. How late can I order appetizers for timely arrival?
A: If you place your order by 9:00 AM EST on a Wednesday you should receive your order by Friday afternoon.
Q: Where does Appetizerstogo.com ship its products?
A: We offer delivery within the continental United States only. If you live in Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, and would like to place an order, please contact us via the CONTACT US form. Please include your address and what items you would like to order so that we may give you an accurate shipping rate by return email. Our apologies, but we do not offer delivery to Canada or other international destinations at this time. Our courier service cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
