Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Gorgonzola Skewers
INGREDIENTS: ground beef, bacon (cured with: water, salt, sugar, natural smoke flavor, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate), whole eggs, gorgonzola cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, enzymes and natamycin to protect flavor]), blue cheese crumbles (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose to prevent caking, natamycin to protect flavor), seasoned bread crumbs (toasted bread crumbs {bread (enriched flour[wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate and riboflavin]), corn syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening [soybean and/or cottonseed oil], salt, yeast, whey, soy flour, calcium propionate, and sesame seeds}, salt.

We ordered these for a cocktail party and they were fabulous! Very easy to make and the bacon was crispy, the steak tender and the cheese - just the right amount! they were extremely easy to prepare and our guests just loved them! I highly recommend these for any get together. If you're worried about the blue cheese being too overpowering, fear not - it's excellent - even to the finickist guest will love!
