Beef Wellington

INGREDIENTS: Puff Dough: enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with mono and diglycerides, BHT preservative, and artificial flavor), water, contains 2% or less of: salt, dough conditioner (soy flour, calcium sulfate, sorbic acid), leavening (monocalcium phosphate), vegetable color (annatto, tumeric). Filling: beef tenderloin, mushroom sauce (shitake mushroom, portabella mushroom, burgundy wine (burgundy wine, salt, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite), butter (pasteurized cream, water), shallots, beef base (salt, beef fat, monosodium glutamate, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, chicken fat, hydrolyzed protein [soy/corn], water, caramel color, onion powder, dehydrated carrots, turmeric, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spices, citric acid, tartaric acid, BHA and propyl gallate to protect quality), mushroom base (mushrooms, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup solids, sugar, cultured whey, dried onion and garlic, soy flour, natural flavors, corn oil, xanthan gum, disodium insoinate and guanylate), water, chopped garlic, pepper, rosemary, thyme).
