Traditional, handmade and homestyle, our all white meat chicken and cheese quesadillas are a staple for any fiesta. Monterey pepper jack cheese and jalapenos give just the right amount of spice.

For all products:

  • Our appetizers are very easy to prepare and take on average about 20 minutes to bake.
  • Upon arrival simply freeze. Before use, do not thaw.
  • Each product varies slightly in preparation.

For all products:

Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS: Tortilla skin (enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), water, partially hydrogenated shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil), leavening agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch, monocalicum phosphate), salt, dough conditioner, potassium sorbate and calcium proprionate, xanthan gum. Filling: pepper jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, peppers, salt, enzymes, cellulose added if shredded), chicken, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring, cellulose), green pepper, red pepper, cilantro, salt, jalapeno pepper (jalapeno peppers, water, vinegar, calcium chloride, salt), taco seasoning (chili pepper and other spices, wheat flour, salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, onion powder, garlic powder, disodium inosinate, extractive of paprika (as color), spice extractives, onion extractives, and less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking), egg whites.

    For my holiday gathering this year I served a variety of appetizers, including these Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas. They were by far the agreed-upon favorite of the party, and I had to bake up two more 'rounds' than I had planned because people repeatedly asked if there were more. Other tasty options were left, but these items got the raves, even ones left sitting that had cooled to room temperature.
