Duck a l'orange Filo Bundles

INGREDIENTS: Filling: duck confit (braised duck meat, veal stock (water, veal bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, olive oil, peppercorns, bay leaves), salt, garlic, thyme, sage), scallion, orange marmalade (oranges, sugar), soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), molasses (unsulphured molassess), raisins, orange juice (water, orange juice concentrate), ginger, orange zest (orange peel, sugar), salt, black pepper. Filo dough (unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), water, corn starch with tricalcium phosphate, soybean oil, salt, soy lecithin, sodium proprionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and/or proprionic acid). Butter (pasteurized cream, salt), fresh chives.
