These delicious franks in blankets will bring back memories of the good ole days. With just enough sauerkraut to add a little surprise, you won't be able to make enough of these easy appetizers. Made with Nathan's all-beef hotdogs and hand-rolled in our famous puff pastry dough, this is a great party food for children’s birthdays, holidays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other events. Franks in blankets – sometimes called pigs in a blanket – bring out the kid in everyone! Just serve with brown mustard and enjoy.

Franks in Blankets w/Sauerkraut

INGREDIENTS: Cocktail Beef Franks (beef, water, salt, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate, hydrolyzed soy and/or wheat protein, natural flavorings, sodium nitrate). Puff Dough: enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with mono and diglycerides, BHT preservative, and artificial flavor), water, contains 2% or less of: salt, dough conditioner (soy flour, calcium sulfate, sorbic acid), leavening (monocalcium phosphate), vegetable color (annatto, tumeric). Other ingredients: sauerkraut (prepared cabbage, water, salt), dijon mustard (select mustard seed, vinegar, water, salt, spices), egg wash (egg, water).
