    We ordered these as well as the bacon wrapped sirloin. We didn't realize until we were getting ready to make them that unlike the sirloin - these do not go right from the freezer into the oven. Just thought I'd pass that along as I know I would have remembered it if I read it while I was ordering and not at the moment I'm ready to bake. They still came out great, although the bacon was not as crispy as the sirloin. I think if we baked them off when they were closer to room temperature they would have been as fabulous as the sirloin. The scallops were sweet and great - not chewy at all. Highly recommend!
