A classic quiche favorite! Our mushroom quiche is loaded with fresh mozzarella, fresh eggs and milk. Try this gourmet quiche with any of our other quiches or with another mushroom appetizer like our stuffed mushroom caps. Our traditional mushroom quiche is a simply timeless party food for any affair.

Mushroom Quiche

INGREDIENTS: Pastry shell: flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium borate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, mono- and diglycerides), water, honey, and salt. Filling: mushrooms, whole eggs, half and half (milk, cream, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, and carrangeenan), cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring, cellulose), porcini, salt.
