For all products:
- Our appetizers are very easy to prepare and take on average about 20 minutes to bake.
- Upon arrival simply freeze. Before use, do not thaw.

Poached Pear with Brie in Filo Purse
INGREDIENTS: Filo Dough (unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), water, corn starch with tricalcium phosphate, soybean oil, salt, soy lecithin, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and/or propionic acid). Filling: Brie cheese (cultured pasteurized whole milk and cream, penicillium candidum[harmless white mold] enzymes), pear, white zinfandel wine, sugar, almonds, cornstarch, lemon zest (lemon peel, sugar).
CONTAINS: Milk, Soy, Tree Nuts, Wheat.

Ordered these as part of the filo combo. Guests were searching these out in place of others in the combo. They by far were the fan favorite. The sweetness of the pear and the gooey brie, you can't go wrong!

We had these for a wedding shower, and they were just the perfect size and everyone complemented that the cheese and the pear were a wonderful pairing together!!
