A wholesome holiday appetizer with an old-fashioned feel. Serve potato pancakes– also called latkes, at your next Chanukah Party or Corporate Party and make your guests feel comfortable. Best with sour cream or applesauce. All ages will enjoy this traditional treat. Each pancake is 3/4 oz.

INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, onions, canola oil, matzoh meal (bleached wheat flour), water, dehydrated potatoes (potatoes, mono and diglycerides, ascrobic acid, calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bisulfite, citric acid and BHA and/or BHT added to preserve freshness), egg whites, whole eggs, salt, pepper.
