Potato Puff

INGREDIENTS: Puff Dough: enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with mono and diglycerides, BHT preservative, and artificial flavor), water, contains 2% or less of: salt, dough conditioner (soy flour, calcium sulfate, sorbic acid), leavening (monocalcium phosphate), vegetable color (annatto, tumeric). Filling: water, potato flakes (potatoes, whey product (containing or more of the following: whey solids, soy protein, sodium caseinate, calcium phosphate, calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate, calcium oxide) mono- and diglycerides (vegetable emulsifier), ascorbic acid, sodium bisulfite, citric acid and BHA and/or BHT added to preserve freshness), onions, butter (pasteurized cream, water), garlic, salt, oregano pepper. Egg wash (egg, water).
