I typically do not find Spring Rolls all that great, but these were much better than I expected. My guests loved them.
We fried them up and served them next to a few different sauces (duck sauce, sweet and sour, hot mustard, soy).
They were ready fast, looked good (none burst open) and were quite good.
The appetizers were all passed around then put in chafing dishes. We had two "stations". One was Asian Station (chicken satay, chicken dumplings and spring rolls) with all the sauces there and the other was American Station (sliders, mini hotdogs, latkes (I know, not "American" but we used poetic license).
The food was all a big hit and people were shocked they were frozen.
We priced out caterers in the area with similar food and it was over 2x the price we paid.523 of 1143 Found this review helpful

It is recommended that you fry these, I did not...I stuck them in the oven and they were fantastic! The outside was crispy and the vegy's were delicious! We did serve with sweet and sour sauce...guests were popping these guys in their mouth like they would eat nothing else!! Will buy again for at home!!
