INGREDIENTS: Filling: button mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes & natamycin to protect flavor), pecans, butter (pasteurized cream, salt), garlic, salt, pepper. Filo dough (unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), filtered water, corn starch with tricalcium phosphate, soybean oil, salt, soy lechithin, sodium proprionate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and/or proprionic acid.), egg wash (egg, water).
